How to Dilute
Only to be used diluted!
- Dilute 4ml of Clean 11 Concentrate per 60ml foamer with distilled water
- Dilute 10ml of Clean 11 Concentrate per 170ml foamer with distilled water
- Apply foam and let it soak for 30 seconds
- Remove all eye makeup, including waterproof mascara
You can also use the foam made from Clean 11 Concentrate to remove makeup residue from eyelash extensions after applying eye makeup. Just use a tiny bit of foam on a mascara brush and brush through lashes until residue is gone. No need to rinse afterwards.
